Juanfeng Sun is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer III at Nautilus Biotechnology since October 2021, previously holding positions as Engineer II and Engineer I. In these roles, Juanfeng has specialized in troubleshooting complex robotic, fluidic, and optical systems, conducting experimental run analysis, and collaborating with operations teams on documentation for design transfer. Prior to Nautilus, Juanfeng worked as a Research Associate at Complete Genomics Inc., focusing on fluidic verification and validation for sequencer prototype development. Academic experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where Juanfeng synthesized biopolymer nanofibers, and various teaching and research assistant positions at the University of New Hampshire. Juanfeng holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
