Gwen Weld currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Nautilus Biotechnology since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gwen held the position of Interim Chief People Officer at Amperity from March 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included consulting the CEO on integrating people and business strategies. Gwen's experience also includes serving as the VP of Global People and Infrastructure at Isilon Systems from June 2006 to December 2011 and as General Manager of Human Resources at Microsoft from 1985 to 2004. Gwen is an alumnus of Pace University.
