Paula Finch is an experienced professional with a solid background in performance and business management. At NatWest Group since August 2018, Paula holds the position of Performance & Business Management Resourcing & Capability Analyst, alongside a role as Service Team Manager. Prior to this, Paula worked at RBS W&G as a Senior Team Lead in Business Banking Switch from March 2014 to August 2018 and served as a Customer Service Team Lead at Arvato UK from April 2012 to August 2018. Experience also includes the role of Team Lead Manager at Virgin Media from May 2009 to February 2012. Paula holds an education from St. Marys College.
