Megan Youngs is an accomplished sustainability professional with extensive experience in carbon reporting and supply chain emissions. Currently serving as the Scope 3 Reporting Manager at NatWest Group since April 2024, Megan previously worked at EcoAct as a Consultant and Technical Lead for Supplier Engagement and Supply Chain Emissions (March 2022 - April 2024), and was an interim Carbon Reporting Manager at NatWest Group from February 2023 to November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Sustainability Consultant at Mitie Energy (July 2020 - March 2022) and an Environmental Intern at Mitie (September 2018 - June 2019). Megan holds a BA in Geography from the University of Sussex, where key studies focused on environmental management and sustainability.
