Meena Gayathiri Sankara Narayanan is an experienced Test Lead with a significant background in testing and quality assurance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Test Lead at NatWest Group since November 2022, Meena has previously held the same title at Business Stream and has advanced from Senior Test Analyst at National Records of Scotland to Senior Test Consultant roles at RBS and Lloyds Banking Group. Meena's expertise includes commercial banking and regulatory risk reporting, as well as extensive work on data migration and system testing for major banking products at Tesco Bank. Meena's career began in 2005 as a Test Analyst for Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank, with a foundational education in Computer Science from Earthinators Climate School.
