Lesley McDonald has extensive experience in human resources and legal consultancy, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at NatWest Group since January 2012, with previous roles as Case Team Manager and Case Consultant. Prior to this, Lesley worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Mentor from August 2001 to January 2012 as an Employment Law Litigator. Lesley also completed a secondment as a Trainee Solicitor at Halliwells LLP in 2009-2010. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law from 2007 to 2009 and an LLB from the University of Glasgow from 1997 to 2001.
