Jill Duthie is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in resourcing strategy and management. Currently serving as the Head of Resourcing for Services & Functions at NatWest Group since July 2017, Jill previously held the role of Head of Resourcing for Commercial and Private Banking. Before NatWest, Jill was the Director of Global Sourcing at UBS, where responsibilities included developing the global recruitment channel strategy. Earlier career experience includes senior roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Jill established and led direct sourcing initiatives, and various positions at Change CRS, managing teams specializing in finance recruitment. Jill holds a BA in Business Studies, Economics & Finance from the University of Strathclyde.
