Elen Phillips is a seasoned data professional currently serving as a Data Product Owner at NatWest Group since October 2023. Previously, Elen held the position of Head of Data at Perspective Publishing from November 2020 to October 2023 and also served as Head of Data, Data Manager, and Data Analyst at Circdata from September 2004 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as a Database Developer at Cafcass from April 2003 to October 2003, where Elen focused on optimizing Access databases and preparing data for migration, along with freelancing as a Database Developer from August 1999 to March 2003. Elen holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Automated Information Processing and Control Systems from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, obtained between 1994 and 2000.
