Tara Falsani has a strong background in legal and human resources, with a focus on the dietary supplements industry. Tara is currently serving as the Vice President--Legal and Human Resources, General Counsel and Secretary at Nature's Way, where they provide counsel on legal, regulatory, litigation, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance matters. Tara also plays a key role in merger and acquisition deals, joint ventures, trademark agreements, and international supply and distribution agreements. Prior to joining Nature's Way, Falsani held positions at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Carlson, where they were responsible for advising on commercial transactions, privacy issues, and data protection. Tara has also worked as an attorney specializing in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. and Seward & Kissel LLP. Overall, Falsani's work experience demonstrates their expertise in legal counsel, regulatory compliance, and strategic advice within the corporate sector.

Tara Falsani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English from Colby College between 1994 and 1998. Tara later pursued a Law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where they achieved a J.D. with cum laude honors between 1999 and 2002.
