Paul Fordham has extensive experience in training and quality assurance within the food industry, with a focus on employee development and safety standards. Since March 1998, Paul has held various roles at Bernard Matthews, culminating in the position of Senior Training Coordinator in Norfolk, where responsibilities include training new and existing employees. Prior experience includes roles at HL Foods Ltd as a QA inspector, security work at Broadland Guards, and management at Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Service Station. Earlier positions include machine operation at Nestle, quality control at Kettle Crisps Ltd, and production at Rowntree Mackintosh's. Paul completed GCSEs with a focus on Science at Aylsham High School.
