Marcella Zanella is an experienced professional in the field of planned giving, currently serving as the Director of Planned Giving at The Nature Conservancy of Canada since October 2005, with a history of progression through various roles including Manager, Coordinator, and Supporter Service Assistant in the same department. In addition to this extensive experience, Marcella held the position of Chair for the Greater Toronto Area RoundTable at the Canadian Association of Gift Planners from June 2011 to August 2014 and worked as a Fundraising Assistant at Oxfam Canada for a brief period in early 2005. Earlier career experiences include being a North American Sales Representative at FOVS in Italy and serving as a lawyer at Sudio Legale Benvengu' Riccardo from 1989 to 1998. Marcella holds a Master in Law from the University of Padua in Italy, a Certificate in Management Fundamentals from the University of Toronto, and completed the CAGP Advanced Gift Planning Course in 2009.
