Laetitia Pascaud currently serves as Responsable RSE at Nature et Découvertes since November 2020, overseeing the implementation of the company's strategic RSE initiatives, including carbon strategy and internal training programs. In addition, Laetitia has been an Associée at Time for the Planet since January 2022, focusing on financing businesses combating climate change. Previous professional experience includes roles at TUI France, Diebold Nixdorf, Auchan, and Fnac, where Laetitia specialized in internal communication and RSE. Laetitia holds an MBA in Management de la RSE et Performance des Organisations from Devinci Executive Education and multiple master's degrees in HR management, RSE, and communication.
