Andy Cohen is a seasoned professional in law enforcement and environmental consulting, currently serving as a Consultant for China Fisheries Law Enforcement at the Natural Resources Defense Council since September 2018. As Principal at ARC Consulting, LLC since January 2011, Andy provides strategic management consulting for law enforcement agencies and NGOs focused on environmental and emergency relief issues. Andy's extensive experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, N.E. Massachusetts Chapter from June 2017 to January 2019, and a notable thirty-year career with the US Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, culminating as Special Agent-in-Charge of NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement’s Northeast Division. Earlier roles include National Park Ranger at the US Department of the Interior’s National Park Service. Educational credentials include studies at Harvard Kennedy School, Western Washington University, FBI National Academy, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and USDA Graduate School.
