Tali Cohen has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tali has held various roles in different companies. Tali started their career at Strauss Water Ltd. as an HR director, specializing in compensation and benefits. Tali was responsible for implementing the compensation and benefits strategy and managing organizational processes. Additionally, they served as the HR Director of HQ Units and provided consultation to managers and employees on performance management, team building, and organizational change. Later, they joined Clal Insurance as an HR Manager, where they led HR processes for three divisions and provided guidance to CEOs, VPs, and managers. Currently, they are working at Natural Intelligence, where they hold the position of Human Resources Director.

Tali Cohen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies between 1999 and 2001.
