Simon Kim, MBA, serves as a Senior New Venture Consultant at the Natural History Museum since February 2024, focusing on the spin-out of a dual-use venture that developed AirSeq, a rapid DNA air sequencing technology. Previous experience includes roles as Venture Advisor at SCALEHOUSE Capital Management, Co-Founder and CEO of KiBlick UG, and Principal at Alpine Space Ventures. Simon has been a Founding Partner at FAST LP and co-founded the FAST Venture Builder. Additionally, mentoring roles were held at SparkLabs Connex and Digimaps, while also founding FASTx Inc. in Tokyo. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Sun Hung Kai Financial. Simon holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and has degrees from Aix-Marseille University and London Metropolitan University.
