Paula Oliveira currently serves as the Latam Innovation R&D Manager at Avon since September 2023 and has held various roles at Natura since July 2005, including Innovation Manager and Senior Researcher, focusing on product experiences and development in cosmetics. Previous positions include Senior Coordinator, overseeing innovation management processes, and a long history of research in haircare and children's product categories. Prior experience includes R&D Researcher roles at Unilever HPC and Alfa Nature, where responsibilities encompassed product formulation and development, particularly in hair dyes. Paula holds an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an advanced specialization in Quality Management and Productivity from FAE Business School, and a degree in Pharmacy from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
