Elizabeth Shober Smith currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Natron Energy since November 2023. In addition, Elizabeth co-leads the PeopleTech Talent community as an Advisor, enhancing the knowledge sharing among HR technology professionals. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Recruiting at Udemy from September 2018 to April 2023, where the focus was on education technology. Earlier roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Planet, leading a team in the earth observation industry, and VP of Business Development and Technology Recruiter at SMCI. Elizabeth has also contributed to the film industry as a Producer at Pemberton Productions and held pivotal recruiting and sales roles at Pro-Tem Solutions and Adecco. Elizabeth holds a cum laude BA in International Relations from Boston University.
