Lauren Kelleher has a diverse work experience in the insurance and marketing industries. Lauren currently works as a Senior Product Analyst at National Interstate Insurance Company since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Business Developer at ABA Insurance Services Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Lauren also has experience in marketing and design, working as a Marketing & Design Manager at ECRM from 2018 to 2019, and as an Account Manager from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as an Associate at MetLife from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Lauren gained experience as a Claims Legal Assistant Intern at ABA Insurance Services Inc. from 2013 to 2014.

Lauren Kelleher completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from John Carroll University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also earned certifications, including becoming a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in December 2021 and obtaining an Insurance Agent license (Health, Property, Casualty) from the Ohio Department of Insurance in December 2019.
