This leadership role is pivotal in driving efficiency, enhancing technology integration, and scaling operations to meet the dynamic demands of our business.
The role and its scope
Team Leadership:
Operational Strategy:
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, including Demand&Supply, Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, Inventory management and Sales Operations, ensuring seamless operations and high service levels.
Demand & Supply Planning
Lead the team of Demand & Supply Planning
Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, purchasing proposal and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and meet customer demand efficiently.
Collaborate with manufacturing partners and customers to optimize production, logistics and improve supply chain resilience.
Collaborate with the commercial team to incorporate promotional activities and new product launches into demand forecasts.

Sales Operations & Support
Technology & System Management
Drive Strategic Financial Planning by developing and managing comprehensive budgets across operations, including open-to-buy, logistics, storage, and IT/IS, ensuring resources are optimally allocated to support business growth.
Oversee Real-Time Expense Monitoring to maintain alignment with financial objectives, proactively identifying and capitalizing on cost-saving opportunities to boost profitability without compromising quality or efficiency.
In this role, you will need
Ability to manage a high volume of data from different sources and in different formats.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (fluency in English) with internal and external parties.
