Toni Weber has extensive experience in internal audit and technology management, currently serving as Director of Internal Audit at Nationwide since January 2003. Previous roles include Product Owner for Workplace Technology Support, Technology Adoption Lead, and Manager of Application Product Management, demonstrating a strong background in strategy, stakeholder communication, and operational management within IT environments. Toni has also held positions in sales and customer service, starting as an Inside Sales Representative at The Abreon Group and Rittal. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in German Studies from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University.
