Jenn Duska

Sr Consultant, Voice Of The Customer at Nationwide

Jenn Duska, MSM, has extensive experience in customer consulting and management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Voice of the Customer and Customer Champion at Nationwide, a position held since 2001. Throughout the years at Nationwide, Jenn has also functioned in roles such as Project Manager, Investment Professional, and Team Lead. Prior to joining Nationwide, Jenn worked as a Birthday Manager at United Skates of America from April 1997 to January 2002. Jenn holds a Master of Science in Management from The American College of Financial Services (2015-2017), a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Franklin University (2002-2004), and an Associate degree in Marketing from Columbus State Community College (1997-2001).
