Ben Gibson has over two decades of experience in risk management and business analysis, primarily at Nationwide Building Society since November 2002. In various leadership roles, including Risk Manager and Financial Crime Manager, Ben developed and maintained the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and established fraud prevention strategies. Previous positions involved leading teams of analysts on significant transformation projects, including a major infrastructure programme that transformed desktop systems. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Systems Developer and Developer/Technical Author in different financial services companies. Ben holds multiple degrees, including an MA in European Human Resource Management and Development, a BA in Business Studies, and a diploma in Counselling Skills.
