Gabriel Dias has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Junior Tennis Champions Center in 2018. Gabriel then held various leadership roles at Winthrop University from 2016 to 2020, including President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Since 2020, Gabriel has been working at NationsBenefits, starting as a Client Services Manager and progressing to Associate Director and now Senior Director of Client Services. Gabriel also represented the NCAA as the Big South Conference Rep for the Division I Student-Athlete Advisory Committee in 2019.

Gabriel Dias completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Economics at Winthrop University from 2016 to 2020.
