Kirsten Minnaard is an accomplished professional with a strong background in social services and governance. Currently serving as a bestuurslid at Nationale Vereniging de Zonnebloem since February 2022, Kirsten previously worked at Gemeente Maastricht for eighteen years, holding key positions such as procesmanager Veiligheidshuis and consulent Sociale Zekerheid. Kirsten holds a Master's degree in International Law from Maastricht University, completed between 1995 and 2001, and an International Baccalaureate from Rijnlands Oegstgeest, obtained from 1993 to 1995. Early education was at ACS Cobham from 1982 to 1995.
