Mirjam Winkel has over 30 years of experience in public administration, primarily at De Nationale Ombudsman since April 1993. Currently serving as Adviseur kwaliteit en klachtbehandeling and fulfilling roles such as Directiesecretaris and Programmamanager, Mirjam supports the management team to enhance decision-making processes. Previous positions include Hoofd Bestuursbureau a.i., where responsibilities encompassed personnel, organization, finance, and control, as well as participation in the management team focused on quality assurance. Earlier experience as plaatsvervangend clustermanager involved overseeing research clusters on social security, taxation, and local governments.
