Robin Davis Martin, CCP, CBP, ODCP, possesses a robust background in human resources and leadership, serving in various capacities across several organizations. Currently the VP of People at the National Wildlife Federation, Robin has previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Big Green, as well as Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at NEON, Inc. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, along with serving as Regional Administrative Manager at EY. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Virginia.
