Mary Ashton, CWP, has extensive experience in leadership and career development, currently serving as a professional service provider at M. E. Ashton & Associates since 2001. Additionally, Mary has contributed to the KIPP School Leadership Program as faculty since 2007, focusing on leadership development for school principals and assistant principals. Previously, from 2010 to 2018, Mary held various roles at Leading Educators, including Leadership Instructor & Coach and Interim VP of Operations, where responsibilities included designing professional development sessions for Teacher Leader cohorts. Early career experience includes serving as Regional Director at GE Digital from 1996 to 2000, managing B2B e-commerce solutions, and as District Manager at MCI Telecommunications Corporation from 1984 to 1994, overseeing sales and operations in multiple industry sectors. Mary's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Chicago and executive education from Kellogg Executive Education.
