Robert Santmyer serves as a Board Member for the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) and the NVSBC Education Foundation as of July 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Robert has been the President & CEO of PenBay Technology Group LLC and PenBay Media since 2019, overseeing significant operations supporting major government departments. Notably, Robert successfully increased business size during tenure as Vice President and later as President & CEO at PenBay Media. Prior roles included notable leadership positions in business development, technology, and operations across various organizations, including Applied Computing Technologies and JackBe, contributing to strategic growth within the Federal Government sector. Robert's educational background includes studies at Northern Virginia Community College and Chesapeake College.
