Deborah Dunham is an accomplished organisational consultant with over 20 years of experience in learning and organisational change, having worked with private and non-profit clients in 33 countries. Currently serving as the UK Secretary for the National Trust Georgia since July 2021, Deborah focuses on preserving built heritage and historic landscapes in the region. Past roles include capacity building advisor for the Peace Corps in Georgia, organisational development consultant for the Al Madad Foundation, and learning advisor for UNESCO. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s in Learning and Organisational Change from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Islamic Art and Archaeology from SOAS University of London, Deborah has effectively led significant change initiatives across various sectors, including education, culture, and corporate environments.
