Charlotte King is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Manager at the National Trust since April 2021. Previously, Charlotte worked at Covéa Insurance in various roles, including Digital Reporting Lead and IT Optimisation Lead, from January 2013 to April 2021. Charlotte began a career in IT support with HCL Technologies and Kraft Foods, holding positions such as IT Support Technician and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Education includes a BSc(Hons) in Computing and Society from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2008, alongside early experience in customer service at Tesco and IT support during studies at Cadbury plc.
