Stephen Woody is the Chief Administrative Law Judge at the National Transportation Safety Board, where they currently serve. Prior to this role, they were an Administrative Law Judge at the Social Security Administration from 2009 to 2012 and a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 2009. Stephen earned a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 1987 and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from Air War College in 2004.
