Emma Wilson is a seasoned professional in internal communications, currently serving as the Senior Internal Communications Manager (maternity cover) at the National Theatre since September 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Internal Communications and Engagement Project Lead at the Royal Opera House from September 2021 to October 2022, and Internal Comms Adviser at the International Planned Parenthood Federation from February 2017 to January 2020. Emma has also held various positions at Save the Children UK, including Acting Head of Internal Comms, and has experience as an Internal Communications Assistant at Amnesty International. Early career highlights include a Marketing Officer role at REDR UK and Marketing Assistant at Aukett Fitzroy Robinson. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art Painting from the University of Brighton and a Master of Science in International Politics from SOAS University of London, along with additional education at Turps Art School.
