Fonda Li is a skilled digital web analyst currently working at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since November 2022, where responsibilities include implementing content updates and managing projects related to website functionality. Previous experience includes a role as a software engineer at Fannie Mae, focusing on database systems and data management, and serving as design director at Bitcamp, where Fonda oversaw a design team and enhanced UX/UI for digital platforms. Additional roles at Technica Hacks and Novetta involved design organization and cybersecurity improvements, respectively. Fonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a UX/UI certificate from The George Washington University.
