Jessica Crilly is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Total Rewards at the National Student Clearinghouse since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Compensation Analyst at Appian Corporation, and as a Consultant at LMI, where responsibilities included advising a workforce of over 2,000 employees and managing HRIS administration. Jessica's career also includes significant positions at Covington & Burling, where best practices in benefits were analyzed, and at the International Monetary Fund, where event coordination and document preparation were key tasks.
