Ramabhadran Thirumalai is an accomplished academic and finance professional currently serving as an Associate Professor of Finance (Practice) and Deputy Dean of Programmes at the Indian School of Business since August 2006. Thirumalai has held several senior academic administrative roles, including Senior Associate Dean and Clinical Assistant Professor in finance. In addition to these roles, Thirumalai contributes to various organizations as a Member of the Board of Directors at CDSL Ventures Ltd and as an Independent External Expert on regulatory and risk management committees at multiple institutions. Thirumalai's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
