Moushumi Mandal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head HR for NSE Clearing Limited and Head of the Center of Excellence for Rewards & Benefits at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited since December 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Compensation Benefits at Citibank India, leading compensation strategies for various banking sectors and expat mobility, as well as positions at JP Morgan Chase focusing on Asia-Pacific HR management. Additional HR experience includes generalist roles at Speciality Restaurants Pvt. Ltd and Infotec Network Systems. Moushumi Mandal holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies, specializing in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, both from the University of Mumbai.
