Adele Darlington is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive experience in primary education. Currently serving as a Member of Council for the National Society for Education in Art and Design since January 2025, Adele also operates as a Primary Art Education Consultant at Mrs Darlington’s Primary Art Consultancy since September 2021. Previously, Adele was a Primary Teacher at Leighfield Primary from September 2000 to December 2023, where responsibilities included Art and Design Lead, DT Lead, Phonics and Early Reading Lead, and membership in the Senior Leadership Team. Additionally, as a Book Author at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc from October 2021 to November 2022, Adele contributed the publication titled "100 Ideas for Primary Teachers" focused on art education. Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Loughborough University and a Postgraduate Degree in Primary Education.
