Srimoyee Mitra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building across various government and development sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at the National Skill Development Corporation since August 2021, Srimoyee previously held positions such as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the Ministry of Minority Affairs and Consultant at the Ministry of Education, where responsibilities included managing flagship schemes and ensuring effective resource allocation. With a background in ICT projects at Development Alternatives and biodiversity budgeting at UNDP, Srimoyee has demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving developmental outcomes aligned with national priorities. Holding a Master’s degree in Rural Development and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Economics from University of Calcutta, Srimoyee's academic foundation complements a robust professional trajectory.
