Eric Lona joined National Search Associates in 2004. Eric’s expertise is in Pharmaceutical Development (Analytical, Formulations and Process Development), Manufacturing and Operations. He has built a significant network in these area over the years.
Eric has recruited Senior Leaders for both Large Pharmaceutical companies and Small Biotech companies. With a keen understanding of the industry he has the ability and tenacity to identify top talent quickly.
Born and raised in Carlsbad, CA, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from High Point University in 2003. In his spare time he enjoys coaching soccer and has experience coaching from youth teams all the way up to the Division I collegiate level.
