Eleni Miltsakaki is a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence and educational technology, currently serving as the NSF Program Director for Robust Intelligence at CISE/IIS since March 2022, and as a Senior Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania since April 2021. With extensive experience as Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair at Choosito! Inc., Eleni leads the development of AI tools for personalized learning. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor and Research Associate at the University of Pennsylvania, where focus was on discourse structure and machine learning applications in educational contexts. Eleni has also held advisory and founding positions in various technology and research organizations and has a strong academic background with a PhD in Computational Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
