Justin McGeachy is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as an NOC Tier II Technician at NRTC since January 2020. Responsibilities include monitoring telecommunications equipment, performing fault analysis, managing escalated customer issues, and supporting network administration. Previous roles at NeoNova Network Services and other companies involved leadership positions where Justin handled service issues, managed teams, and provided technical support for ISPs. Justin holds multiple degrees, including an Accelerated B.S. in Information and Computer Technology/M.S. in Network Technology and Cybersecurity from East Carolina University, as well as various certifications from Cisco Networking Academy.
