Rimple Sandhu is a seasoned research scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since February 2020, with prior experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the same institution. Rimple's background includes a graduate research fellowship at the National Research Council Canada from April 2015 to December 2019, and multiple roles at Carleton University, including teaching assistant, contract instructor, research associate, and graduate research assistant between 2010 and 2019. Rimple has also served as a water resources engineer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in 2009. Rimple holds a Master of Applied Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Carleton University, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
