Quang Pham is a seasoned technical corporate recruiter with extensive experience in the renewable energy, technology, and defense sectors. Currently serving at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as a Technical Corporate Recruiter, Quang has previously held senior recruiting positions at Meta in the AR/VR Reality Labs, Amazon with AWS Global Infrastructure, and MitchelLake Group focusing on machine learning. Prior roles include lead executive sourcer at BOB Search, where Quang specialized in aerospace and defense recruitment, and a variety of positions in program management and entrepreneurship. Quang's foundational experience includes research and teaching roles at UC Irvine, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Political Science with a minor in Women Studies.
