Qichao Wang is a Computational Transportation Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since July 2019, following a postdoctoral researcher position at Virginia Tech from August 2014 to May 2019. Wang has held various roles at Virginia Tech, including Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant for multiple transportation engineering courses. Additionally, Wang served as an instructor at Jiangsu Transportation Research Institute Co Ltd and completed internships at Standard Cloud Tech. Co., Ltd and Nanjing University of Technology. Educational achievements include a PhD and MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a BE in Traffic Engineering from Nanjing Tech University.
