Mischa Truong has an extensive background in examinations and operations management. Mischa started as a Mortgage Broker at East West Mortgage Company/Jacob Dean Mortgage before transitioning into roles such as Examinations Administrator/Coordinator at CFP Board and Exam Program Manager at ARDMS. Mischa later became a Manager in Test Development at Inteleos before moving up to Senior Exam Program Manager and eventually Examinations Operations Manager at National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Mischa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in English Literature from the University of Virginia and has also completed AMA's Comprehensive Project Management Workshop.
