Kevin Blanchard, CRM, has extensive experience in real estate leasing and culinary arts. Currently serving as Chief Manager at ABC Leasing LLC since January 2012, Kevin strategizes and implements effective leasing processes and campaigns. In addition, Kevin has been a Licensed Realtor with National Realty Guild since October 2013, specializing in helping clients find investment properties that yield positive cash flow. With previous roles including Executive Chef at Flavor Thyme and leadership positions within the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, Kevin demonstrates a commitment to educating future leaders in the multi-housing industry. Kevin's prior experience includes positions at Doran Companies, Real Estate Equities, and Dominium, showcasing a strong background in property management and leasing. Kevin pursued culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has a background in studies at Normandale Community College.
