Brendan Anderson is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on investment properties and remodeling. As the Owner of Twin Cities Remodels since May 2015, Brendan specializes in finding, researching, and acquiring distressed or outdated properties for remodeling and resale or rental in the Twin Cities area. Brendan also serves as an Investment Real Estate Agent with National Realty Guild since January 2015, and previously worked as an Investment Real Estate Acquisition Associate at NetWorth Realty from September 2013 to December 2014, where Brendan contributed to the acquisition and sale of over 1000 single-family houses annually. Prior experience includes roles at Target as a Merchandise Specialist and Merchandise Remodel Coordinator, supporting merchandising functions and implementing strategies for home merchandise. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The College of St. Scholastica.
