Larry Wills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the transportation and construction industries. Currently serving as a Field Construction Inspector at National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. since May 2021, Larry acts as a liaison between contractors and CSX. Previous roles include Assistant Trainmaster at Canadian Pacific Railway, Member Service Representative at USAA, and various positions at CSX Transportation, including Conductor/Trainmaster. Earlier in career, Larry worked as Operations Manager at WASTE AWAY, LLC and held multiple technician roles in cabinet service. Additionally, Larry has a strong background in project management from a tenure at AT&T Global Communications Services Inc., where significant contributions were made to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Larry began military service as a Signal Support System Specialist in the US Army and holds a Certificate in Marketing from Cabell County Career Technology Center.
