Deb Fritz has extensive experience in the non-profit and mental health sectors, currently serving as a National Service Representative for the National PTA since June 2005. In this role, Deb provides vital training, guidance, and support to state PTA boards, focusing on strategic planning, leadership development, and conflict resolution. Prior to this position, Deb worked as a Mental Health Treatment Specialist at Colonial Intermediate Unit #20 and as a self-employed psychotherapist. Deb holds a Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Moravian University.
