James Montgomery

Adjunct Professor Of Criminal Justice at National Park College

James Montgomery has extensive experience in criminal justice education and law enforcement. Since July 2010, James has served as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at National Park College, instructing courses in Criminal Law, Police Organization and Management, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency, and Criminal Procedures and Evidence. Prior to this, James worked as Police Captain at Hot Springs Police Department from May 1986 to February 2008 and as Deputy Sheriff at Garland County Sheriff's Department from February 1984 to May 1986. Academically, James holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Administration from Henderson State University, along with an AAS in Criminal Justice from Garland County Community College.
